Northeastern Baptist College provides an academically rigorous, yet financially
affordable option in higher education. Our tuition rates are substantially beneath the national average. We do not accept federal student loans.

Housing Costs
Jehovah Jireh Hall: $850 per month/per double room
Dorm rooms are typically split between two students at $425 each, unless occupied as a single. Lease agreements are for 5 months (Fall semester + J-term / Spring semester + Summer term)
Gray Allison Village Apartments (GAV): $1,750/per month
Married/Family living, or shared by upperclassmen (year round). For four single students sharing an apartment, this would result in a housing cost of $437.50 per student per month. Lease agreement are for 12-month per academic year.
