Tony Levesque

Tony came to NEBC as a student in 2017, as the Lord led him to a career and lifestyle change from bridge construction management to Christian counseling ministry. Tony is a life-long New Englander and has served the Lord for almost 20 years in several local churches, along with the mission fields of the Dominican Republic and New Hampshire state prisons. Tony brings his missionary and counselor’s heart to his current position as the college’s Dean of Students. He is blessed with three beautiful women in the life: Darlene, his wife, and his daughters, Autumn and Lauren.

Tori Pantaline

Tori comes to NEBC with a range of experience in customer service and administrative roles. Following the Lord’s calling, she and her husband moved from Kentucky to serve at Grafton Baptist Church in Grafton, NY. Tori’s husband, Dylan, became the senior pastor there in April of 2022.  In addition to her responsibilities at the college, Tori is a student at NEBC where she is studying Business Administration and Christian Counseling.

Allie August

About
Allie August serves as Adjunct Professor of General Education at Northeastern Baptist College, teaching Psychology courses since 2020. She received her EdD from The Southern Baptist Theological Seminary, focusing on Montessori education. Her research interests include children’s faith formation, education, and learning communities.
In addition to her role at NEBC, she is a Research Fellow for The Center for Faith and Children at Trinity Evangelical Divinity School (Deerfield, IL). She and her best friend, Dr. Jared August, were married in 2014. They enjoy going on fun adventures around the world—especially in the mountains—with their two young children, Ransom and Evely, and their fur baby, Umi.

Catherine Spiller

About

As a student at NEBC, Katie worked in the library for three years as her Work Study assignment. She enjoyed the position and learned much from Jim Mancuso (Librarian Emeritus). When Jim retired a few years after she graduated, Katie was excited to be offered the position of Acting Librarian and to begin her studies to earn a degree in Library Science. Her husband, Brandon, was also a student at NEBC. Their son, Toby, often goes to work with his mommy.

Adelle Woodcock

About

Raised in upstate New York, Adelle sensed a call to be a Christian counselor at the age of thirteen. After submitting to that call, she became a student at Northeastern Baptist College and recently graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Christian Counseling (2023). Adelle is continuing her education at NEBC where she is studying towards a masters in Applied Theology. Adelle works as the Student Services Coordinator in NEBC’s Student Services department, and is a biblical counselor at Hope Christian Counseling LLC.

In her free time, Adelle finds rest in adventuring outside with my family, and caring for my horses.

Mark H. Ballard

About

Dr. Mark Ballard is the Founding President of Northeastern Baptist College. He is the husband of Cindy, his High School sweetheart, and “Papa” to Benjamin. He earned a BA from Criswell College, and a M.Div. and Ph.D. from Southeastern Baptist Theological Seminary. His doctoral research focused on the preaching of one of his spiritual heroes, D. L. Moody.

President Ballard’s vision for establishing a Baptist College was first planted in his heart when he was a teenage preacher in Colorado. Through the years, the Lord refined the vision and trained the leader. Today that vision has become Northeastern Baptist College in Bennington, Vermont. The Lord used 30 years of preaching and more than 20 years of pastoring, church planting, and new ministry development to prepare him to lead the college. His pastoral years included 10 years of leading and teaching in a Bible Institute.President Ballard is a sought-after conference speaker, seminar leader, professor, and author. He is the publisher for Northeastern Baptist Press, whose mission is to develop, publish, and distribute biblically based and doctrinally trusted resources that lead people to know, follow, and serve Jesus Christ. Some recent titles by Ballard are Words Matter, The Preaching of D.L. Moody, and Does it Still Matter.

President Ballard leads the college with a consistent commitment to Biblical principles. His vision has captured the hearts of a gifted, qualified, and effective faculty, staff, and administrative team. They follow his leadership with faith in God and enthusiastic determination to fulfill the Purpose and Mission of NEBC for God’s glory and the good of the students.

Beth Jones

About

Beth brings excellent organizational and administrative skills to our team. A native New Englander, she lives in Clarksburg, MA. Beth serves alongside her husband, Larry, at Living Hope Community Church in North Adams, MA, where her husband pastors.  Beth is mom to four wonderful children and “Oma” to her precious grandbabies. Beth joined the NEBC team in March of 2012.


Deborah Woodcock

About

Deborah brings more than 18 years’ experience in business management and consulting, instruction, and curriculum development. As a business professor she works with her students to take business start up and manage out of the classroom. She has worked with students to start several on campus businesses. She currently oversees these businesses which are staffed and operated by NEBC business students. Previously at NEBC she developed the Early Scholars Program, and served as its Director for five years. Prior to joining NEBC, Mrs. Woodcock was a consultant for Deloitte and PricewaterhouseCoopers where she provided advisory services to small and medium-sized enterprises (SME’s) and government agencies. She has also been a successful entrepreneur, engaging in a variety of small business enterprises. Deborah shares NEBC’s vision and heart for training leaders for Christ. She and her four children live in upstate NY. She holds a bachelors in communication from Purdue University, a masters in executive leadership from Liberty University, and is currently pursuing a PhD in organizational leadership at Luther Rice College & Seminary.

Leason “Tripper” Stiles

About

Tripper Stiles is a NEBC graduate with a long background in media arts and production. Born in Texas, he grew up working with his parents’ audio/visual company, Egami A/V and SBC Media, and has continued his media production work through adulthood and into his time at NEBC. He has extensive experience in audio mixing, photography, videography, graphic design, and publication design, which he uses to serve ministries and churches both local and national. His role at NEBC includes producing the twice-weekly chapel services, designing graphics and publications, photographing and videographing for promotion and social media, and handling day-to-day audio/visual needs for the school. Additionally, he serves as Creative Director of Design and Layout for Northeastern Baptist Press, where he uses his talents to turn others’ words into a finished product for the edification of readers. Besides his work in media production, he also attended the College at Southwestern Baptist Theological Seminary from 2010-2013, served as an intern at City View Church in Scotia, NY from 2013-2015, and worked for LifeWay booksellers from 2015-2016. His parents, Connie and Blake, still reside in Texas, while his long-time girlfriend, Mona, lives in Japan.
